Anonymous asked: what do you guys do to keep fit?

To keep us fit we basically dance. We dance everyday at home and take ballet and contemporary dance classes twice a week in addition to that (ballet and contemporary are both AMAZING for gaining muscles and keeping you fit!). Also we work out and stretch quite a lot, but not everyday. We TRY to eat healthy and drink lots of water, but you know…chocolate and soda drinks are just too damn good for us to turn them down completely haha.

Our friend Jacqui and us, we are currently rehearsing for our performance on June 15th. We’re performing Magic (Pussycat Dolls), Turn Up The Music (Chris Brown ft. Rihanna) and Dance For You (Beyonce). Here’s the choreo to Magic which is a dance cover from the original dolls. Hope you like it!

Jeffrey Campbell “dupes”

Hey dolls!

So we know that A LOT of girls would love to have a pair of the Jeffrey Campbell Spiked Litas, including us! Unfortunately they are really expensive and that’s probably why most of us pass on buying them. Now here’s what we found on www.urbanog.com

It is a cheaper alternative to the original Jeffrey Campbell shoes. They look pretty much the same but like we said, they are MUCH cheaper!

We’ve always kind of loved to dance so I guess it’s a natural thing. We started taking ballet and contemporary dance classes last year so I guess that improved our technique a lot too. If you want to improve your technique we’d suggest you to start ballet because that will give you the foundation of dance. And train as much as you can :)

Essie Nail Polishes

Hey guys!

Recently we got hooked on some Essie nail polishes because they are finally sold at our local drugstore - it was about time! We are already obsessed with them too!

We’ve heard only great things about them, so we were really pumped when we bought them and we couldn’t wait to try them out.

As you can see from the image above we bought 4 colours (from left to right):

• Blanc
• Mint Candy Apple
• Lovie Dovie
• Bahama Mama

First of all, we love the colour range Essie has to offer. So many trendy colours! We are wearing Mint Candy Apple and Bahama Mama at the moment and we already got so many compliments on the colours.

They were really easy to apply and the consistancy is great too. We were really pleased with the way the colour turned out on the actual nail. We usually apply two coats of nail polish but with these Essie nail polishes one coat will do the job too.

The only downside is probably that they are more on the pricier side. I think we paid about 12 dollars for each nail polish, which is quite expensive. However, everything else is amazing about them so buying them definitely still paid off.

How do you guys feel about Essie nail polishes and do you own any of them? If yes, which one is your favorite colour? Do you wear nail polish a lot? If you ask us, we always have to wear nail polish. We don’t like the way our nails look without any polish on haha! Let us know.
